How to Insert SIM and Memory Card on Xperia X

Tutorial to Insert SIM and Memory Card on Xperia X
Your device only supports nano SIM cards. The nano SIM card and the memory card share the same holder but have separate slots in the holder. Make sure you don’t confuse the two.
To prevent data loss, be sure to turn off your device or unmount the memory card before you drag out the holder to remove the nano SIM card or memory card from the device.

Tutorial  To Insert the Nano SIM Card
If you drag out the SIM/Memory card holder while the device is powered on, the device restarts automatically.

1. With the screen facing down, drag out the SIM/Memory card holder using your fingernail.
2. Firmly place a nano SIM card in the holder in the correct orientation, as shown in the illustration. Make sure the nano SIM card is placed horizontally in the holder.
3. Gently push the holder into the slot until it fits into place.

1. With the screen facing down, open the nano SIM/Memory card slot cover.
2. Place the memory card in the memory card slot in the correct orientation, as shown in the illustration.
3. Gently push the holder into the slot until it fits into place.

1. With the screen facing down, open the nano SIM/Memory card slot cover.
2. Drag out the nano SIM/Memory card holder using your fingernail.
3. Remove the nano SIM card, and then gently push the holder into the slot until it fits into place.

1. Either turn off the device, or unmount the memory card under Settings > Storage & memory > > Advanced settings > Storage > next to SD card.
2. With the screen facing down, open the nano SIM/Memory card slot cover.

4. Remove the memory card, and then gently push the holder into the slot until it fits into place.
